Cancel Fees?

If your account remains within the initial contract period, early termination fees might be applicable as specified in your contract.

 

Primary Owner?

All cancel requests do need to come from the primary owner of the business.  If the request does not come from the Primary Owner, our team will not be able to process the request.

Notice Period?

Pike13 does require a 30-day notice before site deactivation.  This is outlined in the terms and conditions.

 

Account Hold Options

We recognize that small businesses might face challenges that could alter their situation. Certain factors may be beyond your control, and you might need to temporarily suspend your subscription. Contact our team and share your situation with us, and we will gladly support your business.

Ready to Begin the Cancellation Process?

 

Before you proceed, please keep the following in mind:

  • All cancel requests need to come from the Primary Owner of the business

  • Pike13 does require a 30-day notice for all cancellation requests

  • If you are still in your initial contract period, you might incur early termination fees for canceling ahead of time.

Please note:
Your cancellation date will be set 30 days from the date of your request. If a billing date falls within that 30-day window, the associated charge will still be processed. This ensures continued access to your Pike13 account through the end of the notice period, including support and services.

A second form will be sent to gather final details, additional next steps to complete your cancellation, and a final confirmation email once our team has fully processed the cancellation request.
