Cancel Fees?
If your account remains within the initial contract period, early termination fees might be applicable as specified in your contract.
Primary Owner?
All cancel requests do need to come from the primary owner of the business. If the request does not come from the Primary Owner, our team will not be able to process the request.
Notice Period?
Pike13 does require a 30-day notice before site deactivation. This is outlined in the terms and conditions.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?
Pike13 requires a 30-day notice for cancellations. Should you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, there will be no proration or refunds; however, you will retain access to your Pike13 account and its features until your current billing period concludes.

What happens to my Pike13's Site and Data when I cancel?
Once your Pike13 site is deactivated, your data will remain on our servers for an additional 30 days. After this period, your data can be permanently deleted. Please note that once this deletion occurs, we won’t be able to recover any of your data.

Can I place my account on hold instead of canceling?
Certainly, we provide an option to place your account on hold. During this period, neither you nor your clients will be able to access your Pike13 site. Please reach out to our team to explore this option further.

Can I reactivate my account after canceling?
Absolutely! If you choose to come back to Pike13, simply contact our team, and we’ll assist you in getting started again. Please remember that your data will be safely stored for a short period after cancellation, should you decide to reactivate.
