Product Manager, Software Development

Full-time

Location: Seattle, WA or Remote in the U.S. or Canada

Annual Salary: 48k-69k

What You'll Do

The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing product development initiatives for the organization.

  • Understand market and customer needs to identify product-market fit
  • See the big picture and can anticipate changes and trends
  • Create and prioritize requirements for projects and internal initiatives
  • Use data, research, and test results to drive decisions and set priorities for the product roadmap
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate product vision, status updates, and timeline expectations
  • Assume the role of product owner and key-decision maker on all initiatives to deliver value-added services to customers

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of product development, marketing or product management experience with a technology perspective
  • Project Management Certification a plus
  •  Experience:
    • Scrum: 1 year (Required)
    • Project management: 1 year (Required)
    • Agile: 1 year (Required)
