Does Pike13 have skill tracking?
Yes. Skill Tracking launched in May 2026 and is included on the Premium plan. Instructors rate student skills directly from the daily schedule — no separate login or platform required. Student milestones are tracked automatically, and parents can monitor their child's progress from their existing Pike13 client dashboard. It's purpose-built for swim schools, music schools, martial arts academies, and any business where student progression matters.
What payment processors does Pike13 support?
Pike13 integrates with Stripe, EVO, Paysafe, IntegraPay, and Celero. Celero supports surcharging, which allows businesses to pass credit card processing fees on to clients where permitted by law. Integrated payment processing is included on all plans, and you choose your own processor.
Does Pike13 have a mobile app?
Yes — three of them, all included at no extra cost on every plan. The staff app lets your team manage schedules, take attendance, and process payments from their phone. The client app lets clients book classes, manage their accounts, and handle payments. The kiosk app enables contactless check-in via QR code or barcode on a tablet. A branded version of the client app is available on Premium or as an add-on.
What is the difference between Essential, Advanced, and Premium?
Essential ($139/mo annual) covers scheduling, enrollment, billing, client management, and mobile apps. Advanced ($195/mo annual) adds multi-location oversight, payroll, email marketing, SMS messaging, Zapier, digital waivers, custom Looker reporting, room bookings, and more. Premium ($249/mo annual) adds API access for custom franchise integrations, Skill Tracking, and a branded client app option. All plans are 12-month contracts with unlimited staff seats and client profiles.
Does Pike13 integrate with Zapier?
Yes. Zapier is available on Advanced and Premium plans, connecting Pike13 to 3,000+ apps. Other integrations include Emma, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Pixel, and SmartWaiver. Premium plan includes full API access for custom integrations.
Does Pike13 support multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-location oversight and reporting is available on Advanced and Premium plans via the Site Manager. Franchise networks use the Premium plan for centralized billing, franchise-level Looker reporting, and API access across their entire network.
