Q. How do I create an account?

Before you can book appointments, enroll in classes and courses, or buy passes and plans, you need to open an account by creating your client profile.

Contact the business directly where you wish to schedule and have them send you their company URL that initiates sign-up. The URL will typically be the business name followed by pike13.com (ex. https://businessname.pike13.com)

Upon signing up you will receive a welcome email that will prompt you to claim your account. After claiming your account you will be able to set a password and update your client profile.
