  • Generate virtual class links automatically with platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Sync data between Pike13 and QuickBooks, linking contacts, invoices, and payments seamlessly.
  • Create leads from forms such as Typeform or Wufoo, and turn them into Pike13 client profiles.
  • Add clients to your CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce, or Infusionsoft.
  • Sync contacts with business texting platforms like Zipwhip, using your Pike13 client data.

How Triggers and Actions Work

Zapier operates on triggers and actions. A trigger is an event that starts a workflow (called a “Zap”), and an action is what follows the trigger.

Available Triggers in Pike13 for Zapier:

  • Person Created: Trigger when a new client profile is created in Pike13.
  • Person Updated: Trigger when an existing client profile is updated.
  • Transaction Created: Trigger when a new transaction is processed.
  • Transaction Updated: Trigger when a transaction is updated.
  • Invoice Created: Trigger when a new invoice is generated.
  • Invoice Updated: Trigger when an existing invoice is updated.

Available Actions in Pike13 for Zapier:

  • Create Person: Automatically create a new client profile.
  • Update Person: Update an existing client profile.
  • Search Person: Search for an existing client in Pike13.
  • Search Invoice: Search for an existing invoice.

Once you’ve set a trigger, you define what action will follow. For example, you can set up a Zap that automatically creates a new person profile in Pike13 when someone fills out a form on Typeform, or syncs a transaction to QuickBooks after a client makes a purchase.

Automating Virtual Classrooms

Zapier makes it easy to automate the creation and posting of virtual classroom links for your clients. For businesses offering online classes, you can set up Zaps to handle the repetitive task of generating and sharing virtual class links.

Here are some automation examples:
