What does membership mean in Pike13?

When you set up a plan or pass in Pike13, you are asked: "Are clients who buy this considered members?" If you answer yes, purchasing this plan or pass will make a client a member. Clients will be considered a member as long as the pass or plan is active on their profile. 

It is up to your business to determine who should be a member. For example, you could decide only clients who have active recurring plans are members, but those who only have a prepaid pass are not.

Once you have membership established, you can

• Create new products that are only available to members on your Pike13 site.
• Create new services that only members can enroll in
• Report on membership in reporting.
• Run marketing campaigns in Mailchimp or Emma to members (or non-members).
