How to add a new client to your Pike13 site as a staff member

Bringing new clients into your business is an exciting opportunity, and Pike13 makes the process seamless and straightforward. Whether you're onboarding students for classes, members for fitness sessions, or participants for events, efficiently adding clients to your system is essential for building strong relationships from the start. Here’s how you can quickly and easily add a client to your Pike13 platform.

How to Add a Client 

  1. Navigate to Clients: Start by selecting Clients at the top of any page within your Pike13 dashboard.

  2. Create a New Client: Click on the + New Client button. This is where your journey to creating a new client profile begins!

  3. Enter Client Details: Fill out the necessary information for your new client. Here’s what you’ll need:

    • Preferred Pronoun: Help personalize the client experience.
    • First Name and Last Name: Capture the basics for identification.
    • Email Address: Essential for communication and sending important updates.
    • Additional Information: Any other required details specific to your business.
  4. Set Preferences: Customize the client’s experience by choosing options such as:

    • Issue a Complimentary Pass: Give them a taste of what you offer.
    • Select a Primary Staff Member: Designate a staff member for personalized support.
    • Send Welcome Email: Make a great first impression with a warm welcome message.
    • Choose a Primary Home Location: If applicable, specify where they will primarily engage with your services.
  5. Manage Dependents: If this client will manage another person (like a parent signing up a child), click on Add Dependent and complete the information for that individual. This creates a comprehensive network of client relationships, enhancing communication and service delivery.

  6. Finish Up: Once you’ve entered all necessary information, click Finish to complete the process. You’ve successfully added a new client!

Changing a Client to a Non-Client

Sometimes a client may only be managing dependents and not participating or purchasing services themselves. In these cases, you can easily change their status to a non-client, streamlining your client list and ensuring clarity in your records.

Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the client’s profile.
  2. In the right-hand menu, select Make [Name] a non-client.

This means they won’t appear in your client list and won’t need to sign waivers for themselves, simplifying your management process.
