Stop Selling or Deleting a Pass

If you need to stop offering a pass to new clients or delete it entirely (if it hasn’t been sold yet), follow these steps:

How to Stop Selling or Delete a Pass

  1. Go to Settings: At the top of any Pike13 page, click on Settings.
  2. Select Passes: From the menu, choose Passes.
  3. Choose the Pass: Select the pass you want to stop selling or delete.
  4. Stop Selling or Delete:
    • If the pass has been sold, you will see the option to Stop Selling on the right-hand side.
    • If the pass has not been sold, you will see the option to Delete.

Important Note: Once a pass has been sold, it cannot be deleted. It can only be stopped from being sold to new clients.

Resuming Sales of a Suspended Pass

If you’ve previously stopped selling a pass and would like to start offering it again:

  1. Select the Suspended Pass: Go to Passes and choose the pass that was suspended.
  2. Resume Sales: Click on Resume Selling to make the pass available for purchase again.
