Appointment Services are designed for one-on-one sessions with clients, such as personal training, consultations, or lessons. Clients can book and pay for these sessions based on the availability of staff members. This guide will help you understand how to set up, modify, and manage appointment services.
Note: During the trial, certain functionalities might be limited. Refer to the trial information for specifics.
Creating Appointment Services

Copying an Existing Appointment Service:
- Go to Settings and select Services.
- Choose + New Service and then + Duplicate Existing Service.
- Select the service to duplicate and enter a new name for it.
- Click + Create and add staff availability as needed.

Creating a New Appointment Service:
- Navigate to Settings > Services.
- Click + New Service and select + New Appointment Service.
- Fill out the following details:
- Appointment Name
- Length of a Single Appointment Session
- Interval for When Appointments Start
- Extra Time Before and After Appointment
- Price of a Single Session
- Taxes (if applicable)
- Revenue Category
- Who Can Purchase a Single Visit
- Plans and Passes for Payment
- Service Category
- Click Save.
- Go to the Details tab to adjust initial setup.
- Configure registration, cancellation policies, and website settings as needed.
Note: Appointment lengths must be at least 5 minutes to avoid double bookings.
Modifying and Deleting Appointment Services

Modifying an Appointment Service:
- Go to Settings > Services.
- Select the service you wish to modify and click on the Details tab.
- Make changes to the name, appointment length, price, and other settings as needed.
- Click Save to apply changes.

Deleting an Appointment Service:
- Go to Settings > Services.
- Select the appointment service you want to delete and click Delete.
- If prompted, cancel all upcoming appointments for this service before deleting it.
Booking Appointments

From the Schedule:
- Go to Schedule and click + Book.
- Select the desired service and choose the day and time for the appointment.
- Select the staff member, enter client details, and choose appointment frequency.
- Review and book the appointment.

From a Client’s Profile:
- Click on Clients and search for the client’s profile.
- Click the Plus button and follow similar steps as above to book an appointment.
Note: To book an appointment outside a staff member’s availability, select Custom to configure a special appointment.
Modifying or Canceling Booked Appointments

Modifying an Appointment:
- Go to Schedule and select the appointment to modify.
- Choose to Change Schedule or Instructor and make necessary adjustments.
- Select Save to update the appointment.

Canceling an Appointment:
- Go to Schedule and select the appointment to cancel.
- Choose to Cancel Appointment and decide if it affects just this instance or future ones.
- Confirm cancellation and notify the client if desired.
