Plan Group Rates

Want to encourage family participation in your business? Enabling group rates on a plan is an excellent way to offer discounted rates for additional family members, making it more attractive for families to sign up together.

Adding Group Rates to a Plan

Follow these steps to add group rates to your chosen plan:

  1. Access Settings:

    • Select Settings from the top menu.
  2. Select Plans:

    • Click on Plans.
  3. Choose Your Plan:

    • Select the plan you wish to enhance with group rates.
  4. Scroll to Group Rates:

    • Locate the Group Rates section.
  5. Choose Sharing Option:

    • Decide how visits will be shared:
      • Everyone shares the same set number of visits:
        • Example: A family of three purchases a plan for 12 visits, and all three family members share those 12 visits.
      • Each person has their own set of visits:
        • Example: A family of three purchases a plan for 12 visits, and each member has their own set of 12 visits to use.
  6. Set Group Size and Pricing:

    • Specify the size of the group the rate will apply to, and define the pricing structure:
      • Price per person
      • Percentage off per person
      • Total price for the group
  7. Click Create:

    • Once you’ve filled out the necessary information, click Create.
  8. Add Additional Group Rates (if needed):

    • You can repeat the process to add more group rates as necessary.

Best Practice: Simplify Choices

To streamline the purchasing process for your clients, it's best to select only one way for visits to be shared per plan. Choose either:

  • Family members share one set of visits, or
  • Each family member has their own set of visits.

While it is possible to configure both options, limiting it to one will make it easier for clients to understand their choices and make decisions.
