Best Practices for Pricing Group Rates

When applying group rates to a pass, remember that family members share one set of visits. For example, if a family purchases a 10-visit pass, they can share those visits among themselves. To maximize participation, many businesses opt not to increase the price of the pass, allowing families to share visits at the same cost. This strategy not only increases sign-ups but also enhances customer satisfaction!

Selling a Pass to a Family Made Easy

Ready to sell a pass to a family? Follow these simple steps:

  1. Select a Client: Choose a client from the list who is managing other family members.
  2. Access the Store: Click the cart icon on the client’s profile to navigate to the store.
  3. Choose the Right Pass: Select the pass with Group Rates Available.
  4. Buying for Multiple People: Opt for the option to buy for multiple people.
