Modifying Passes: Keep Your Offerings Flexible & Relevant

As your business evolves, so do the needs of your clients. Pike13 allows you to modify existing passes to adapt to new services, pricing updates, and changing client preferences. This flexibility ensures that you can continuously optimize your offerings without disrupting clients who have already purchased a pass.

Whether you want to adjust descriptions, pricing, or who can buy a pass, updating your passes is simple and powerful. Best of all, most modifications will not impact passes that were sold previously, meaning your clients will enjoy a seamless experience while you keep your business agile.

Why Modify a Pass?

  • Adapt to New Services: As you expand your service offerings, you can update your passes to reflect what’s available, ensuring your clients always have the right access.
  • Tailored Pricing: Adjust the price or the number of visits without affecting those who have already purchased the pass, offering dynamic pricing options for new customers.
  • Manage Memberships: Change who can buy the pass and whether it automatically grants membership status, helping you better control access and benefits.

Key Considerations When Modifying Passes

  • Preserving Client Experience: Most changes will not affect passes that have already been purchased. The pass name, price, and number of visits will remain the same for existing clients, ensuring a smooth experience.

  • Service Availability: If you add or remove services from a pass, these changes will update for passes that have already been sold. This means your clients will automatically gain or lose access to services as you adjust them.

Important Warning for Single Visit Passes

If the Single Visit Pass was created automatically when you set up a class or appointment service, you will not be able to modify the associated service. If you need more flexibility, consider creating a separate prepaid pass for single visits, giving you the ability to fully customize the terms and pricing.
