Gift cards aren’t just thoughtful gifts—they’re also a proven way to increase revenue and build brand loyalty. In Pike13, gift cards are redeemed as account credit, which clients can use toward purchases like memberships, passes, or retail products.
Gift Cards are included in the Pike13 Premium subscription or available as a monthly add-on. To get started, contact your sales rep to activate this feature.
Once gift cards have been enabled for your site, follow these steps to configure account credit and display gift cards on your client-facing website.
Configure Account Credit
To allow gift card recipients to use their card value, you’ll first need to enable and customize account credit:

Click Settings in the upper-right corner.

Choose Advanced Settings.

Scroll to the Checkout section.

Under Account Credit, enter the maximum amount a client can accumulate.

Click Save to confirm your changes.
Display Gift Cards on Your Pike13 Website
Let your clients know gift cards are available by adding them to your website navigation:

Go to Settings.

Select Pike13 Website.

On the website dashboard, click Navigation.

Click Create a New Page.

Add a Page Name that clearly shows this is your gift card section.

Under Link to, choose "A list of your gift cards for sale".

Click Save to publish the page.
