How do I find a Transaction based on the last four digits of the payment method?

When handling credit card disputes or investigating payment discrepancies, you may only have the last four digits of the payment method used in the transaction. Thankfully, Pike13 allows you to quickly locate transactions using just these digits. Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to the "Transactions" Report:
   Navigate to the Financials section of your site's Analytics and Reporting page, and select the Transactions report.

2. Apply a Filter:
   Once you're in the report, switch to the Details view and apply a filter for "Payment Method Detail."

3. Use the Last Four Digits:
   In the filter options, select "Payment Method Detail contains [last four digits]" and enter the four digits of the card you're searching for.

This will generate a list of all transactions associated with any payment method that matches those digits, making it easier to track down payments and resolve disputes.
