Gift cards are a simple yet powerful way to boost revenue, attract new clients, and give existing clients more ways to share your services with others. Once gift cards are enabled for your business and account credit is configured, you can start creating and customizing them in just a few clicks.
Gift Cards are included with the Pike13 Premium subscription or available as a monthly add-on. If you'd like to activate this feature, reach out to your sales rep for details.
Create Gift Cards

Go to Settings in the staff navigation.

Select Gift Cards.

Click New Gift Card.

Upload a gift card image by selecting Choose File.

Images must be at least 300px by 300px to save.

If you want to remove an uploaded image, you'll need to cancel and recreate the gift card.

Enter a Gift Card Name.

Set the Minimum and Maximum Amounts the gift card can be purchased for.
Configure Gift Card Settings

From Settings, select Gift Cards again.

Click Edit to:

Decide who can see gift cards on your Pike13 website.

Choose if gift cards are available for purchase by clients or staff-only.

Set purchase limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) to help prevent abuse.

Click Update after each edit to save your changes.
Pro Tip: If a client reaches a purchase limit, they’ll receive an automated message letting them know.
