      How do I change my Login Email or Password?

      Have a new email address? Need to update your password? You can easily change your login credentials through your Pike13 staff account.

      How to Update Your Login Email or Password:

      1. Log in to your staff account using your current credentials.
      2. Click on your profile photo in the top-right corner of any Pike13 page and select Your Account.
      3. Update your email or create a new password, then select Save.

      Note:
      If you update your email, you will receive a confirmation email from Pike13. Be sure to click the link in that email to activate your new sign-in email.

      How to Edit Your Staff Profile:

      1. Log in to your staff account.
      2. Click on your profile photo in the top-right corner and select Your Dashboard.
      3. Choose Edit Profile, make any necessary changes, and click Save.
