There may be times when you need to update or change the staff member assigned to a class, course, or appointment. Whether it’s for a one-time service or a recurring event, Pike13 makes it easy to adjust the schedule and assign a different staff member. Follow these steps to ensure the correct staff member is scheduled for your upcoming services.
To add or change the staff member scheduled for a class, course, or appointment
- At the top of any Pike13 page, select Schedule.
- On the Schedule, click on the class, course, or appointment for that you want to change the instructor for.
- On the class, course, or appointment page in the right menu, select Change Schedule or Instructor.
- Under Instructed by, click the X after the current instructor's name to remove them, enter the new instructor's name, and then select Update.
To change the staff member for recurring class, course, or appointment
- Change the instructor for all future events, go to the Schedule.
- Click on the first event you wish to change.
- In the right had menu, select Change Schedule or Instructor.
- Select Change this and all future instances
- Under Instructed by click the X after the current instructor's name to remove them, enter the new instructor's name, and then select Update.

Take a shortcut.
On the Schedule, click the gear button on the scheduled service you wish to change. Under Instructor for this class click the X next to the current instructor's name to remove them. In the box, begin to to type in the new instructor's name. When their name appears, click on it to add them as the instructor, then click Save.
