Sample Premium Report - Members Within a Date Range

With Premium Reporting, businesses can create a report to show the number of clients who had an active membership during a specified time range.

Steps for Setting up this Report

  1. Click on the bar graph in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Select Premium Reporting
  3. From the right side menu, choose Explores.
  4. Under Clients & Staff, select the Client Passes & Plans report.
  5. Remove all displayed fields by clicking on the gear icon and choosing Remove.
  6. Click on the arrow next to Client Passes & Plans, select the following fields listed below: 
    • Under Client, select First Name, Last Name and Email
    • Under Plan, select Pass/Plan Name
    • Under Start Date, select Start Date
    • Select End Date

Setting up Filters for your Report

  1. Add the following filters.
    • Next to End Date, click on the filter icon
    • Do the same for Pass/Plan Name and Start Date.
  2. Set values for each Filters.
    • Pass/Plan Name:
      • Select all the plans and passes that when purchased make a client a member.
    • Start Date:
      • Set the date when you wish to include all plans were purchased prior to this date
    • End Date:
      • Set the end date for Passes/Plans to include only active products.
