How do I delete a credit card from my profile?

Delete a Credit Card on a Desktop

  1. Login to your Pike13 account.
  2. Select Payments from the right hand menu.
  3. Click Delete next to the credit card you wish to remove.payment_method.png
  4. Select Yes in the "Are you sure?" prompt to delete the credit card.

Delete a Credit Card from a Mobile Browser

  1. Login to your Pike13 account.
  2. Tap Profile in the top right corner when viewing your Dashboard.
  3. Select Payments.
  4. Tap Delete on any other cards that you want to remove.
  5. Select Yes in the "Are you sure?" prompt to delete the credit card.

Important Note 

Before making a deletion, select the checkbox for Default Payment Method under the card you would like to keep on file. This card will be charged by default for any any recurring plans and can only be deleted by a staff member at the business.
