Onboarding Timeline for Advanced & Premium Subscription
Welcome to Pike13! To assist you with setting up your site, your Advanced or Premium subscription includes 2 months of onboarding with up to 8 scheduled 30 min calls. To assist you in managing your onboarding time, we have created a suggested timeline for launching in 2 months. If you wish to set up your site sooner, you can accelerate your timeline by combining weeks. If you need additional time, please reach out to your sales representative.

Week 1: First Onboarding Session
- Complete Merchant Processing Application
- Watch the Videos for Step 1 through 3 and add the following to your Pike13 site:
- Staff Members
- Services (Courses, Classes and Appointments)
- Schedule 30-minute call with your onboarding specialist and prepare a list of questions to discuss during your onboarding calls
Week 2: Second Onboarding Session
- Watch the Videos for Step 4 and add the following to your Pike13 site:
- Passes
- Plans
- Schedule 30-minute call with your onboarding specialist and prepare a list of questions to discuss during your onboarding calls
Week 3: Third Onboarding Session
- Watch the Videos for Step 2 & 7 and add the following to your Pike13 site:
- Test your workflows for enrolling in classes and purchasing with a test client.
- Schedule 30-minute call with your onboarding specialist and prepare a list of questions to discuss during your onboarding calls
Week 4: Fourth Onboarding Session
- Continue and complete items discussed during the first few weeks
- Retrieve client data from the previous source*
- Schedule a date to have your active Clients, Passes, and Plans imported in
- Schedule 30-minute call with your onboarding specialist and prepare a list of questions to discuss during your onboarding calls
* Files must be sent to your onboarding specialist in an excel or csv format. After your onboarding specialist receives the files, they will create draft import files, send them to you for review, finalize the files and import them in. Please allow a week from sending the files to importing in your data.
Week 5 - Fifth Onboarding Session
- Watch Videos in Step 6 on how to set up your Pro features
- Copy and Paste in your Adult Waiver and/or Parent/Guardian Waiver
- Add Pay Rates to Services
- Configure Widgets and copy code to embed in your marketing site
- Set up integration with Emma or Mailchimp
- Approve import files prior to importing
- Schedule 30-minute call with your onboarding specialist and prepare a list of questions to discuss during your onboarding calls
Week 6 - Sixth Onboarding Session
- Watch Videos in Step 5 to configure your Advanced Settings & Brand your Pike13 site
- Add Logo & Staff Side Color Settings
- Configure Client Side Layout, Navigation, & Color Settings
- Schedule 30-minute call with your onboarding specialist and prepare a list of questions to discuss during your onboarding calls
Week 7: Seventh Onboarding Session
- Ensure Staff Members have claimed their accounts
- Watch Video in Step 7 and set up a test client to ensure your site is configured correctly for your business
- Send Welcome Email to Imported Clients outside of Pike13
- Schedule 30-minute call with your onboarding specialist and prepare a list of questions to discuss during your onboarding calls
Week 8: Eighth Onboarding Session
- Before moving to out of onboarding, schedule your final call to answer remaining questions.
As you open up your site to clients, your onboarding specialist is here to assist in this final week of onboarding before introducing you to our Customer Care team.
