Q2 2025 Updates and Improvements

New Features
  • Clients can enroll themselves in a series of upcoming appointments (bulk enroll)
  • Add "Reset Password" button for Staff, Managers and Owners in client profile
  • Customize email subject of Notes that are sent to clients

  • API: Add end_date_updates so that plans can be cancelled/ended via Plans endpoint.
  • API: Add ability to unenroll from recurring classes/appointments to Visits endpoint.
Improvements/Fixes Staff
  • When bulk enrolling, show multiple conflicts in scheduling at the same time.
  • Back button from Roster was going to the main Schedule instead of the previous page the user was on.
  • Cancelled appointment was not making assigned Staff available again in the schedule.
  • Blank country field in Business settings was causing an error page to appear.
  • Some filters applied to the calendar were incorrectly hiding all events.
  • Fix alignment of link and image editors when creating notes.
  • Fix instructor conflict check when scheduling a new class.
  • Screen was zooming in after modifying an event from the calendar modal.
  • Re-sending invoice was not working from mobile page.
  • Print button for invoices was showing error page.
  • Generating too many activity logs when unenrolling someone who was bulk enrolled in a series of classes/appointments.
Clients
  • Show spaces remaining (if the class/appointment/course is configured this way) in List view on the schedule.
  • Default to showing Waitlist option for Visitors rather than indicating a class/course is full.
  • Add icons to the mobile menu of the client profile.
  • Update bottom navigation bar
  • Update landing page when client has not claimed their email/account to log in to be more clear.
  • Update password reset email to include list of all Pike13 businesses the user belongs to.
  • Fix ability to add a dependent to a course waitlist when account manager is already enrolled.
  • Address fields were always shown as required even when they were optional.
  • Update "Finish registering" messaging to be more clear when client is mid-enrollment process and navigates to another page within the business.
  • Clients could see "Edit" and "Remove" buttons on upcoming bills - this was not functional, only cosmetic.
  • Notification settings was showing extra toggle button.
  • Client notification for being removed from a waitlist was not being sent.
  • Account Claim link was redirecting some users to the Pike13.com marketing site.
  • Some events showing up twice on Client Activity page.
Client App
  • Notifications page was not responsive.
  • Push notifications not always showing up.
Kiosk App
  • Prevent users from checking in/out multiple times in a row.
  • When a service is assigned to a room, show the name when checking in.
Accessibility
  • Fix focus/tab styling, missing aria labels, fix scaling and zooming, improve color contrast, correct order of headings, ensure all buttons have legible text, tab correctly through radio buttons, add missing alt-text, spacing between different lines of text.
Text Changes
  • Update purchase request email subject from "Look what [Business Name] sent you! Purchase request for [Items]" to "[Business Name} sent you a payment request".
  • Update text to "Blackout" instead of "Blockout" for staff availability.
