Using QR Codes or Key Tags for Clients
Client sign-in at the Pike13 Kiosk is quick, but you can make it even faster by issuing Key Tags with individualized QR codes. Clients simply wave their tag in front of the Kiosk camera to sign in.

Ordering Key Tags
You can order custom key tags from third-party vendors like Duracard or K12 Print.
-
Requirement: Ensure the printed code has at least 4 characters.
-
Format: We strongly recommend using QR Codes (square matrix barcodes) as they are easiest for tablet cameras to scan.
Tip
Using a Digital Wallet
Clients do not need a physical tag. They can add a digital pass to their Apple or Google Wallet. This allows them to scan their phone screen at the kiosk just like a physical key tag.
- For Apple devices, clients should use a phone to log in to Pike13, navigate to Profile and tap Scan In. Then tap the Add to Passbook button.
- For Android devices, clients should use a phone to log in to Pike13, navigate to Profile and tap Scan In. Download the QR code image, then follow these steps.

Deleting Lost Key Tags

-
Click the Trash Can icon next to the code you want to remove.
