- Cons: You won't know exactly what time clients arrived. The system only logs that they attended the "All Day" session.
- Select Settings then choose Services.
- Select your Open Gym Service
- Choose +New Class Time then set the class session to run for the entire duration your facility is open (e.g., from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM).
- Click Finish.
- Pros: Allows you to track client arrival times more accurately based on which slot they choose.
- Cons: Creates many class instances on your calendar and requires the client/staff to select the correct time slot during check-in.
- Select Settings then choose Services.
- Select your Open Gym Service
- Choose +New Class Time then set up a recurring class session that runs for a specific
- Click Finish and continue setting up each recurring class time.
