Step Nine - Launch!

You have worked hard setting up your site and now it is time to open the doors!

Congratulations! Your site is complete. Our final video will go over how both clients and staff of our example site, Studio 42, will now be able to manage their schedules through Pike13. With Pike13, clients of Studio42 will be able to login to their own accounts, manage multiple family members, enroll and make purchases. Staff Members will also be able to login to see their schedule, take attendance and depending on their assigned role assist in managing clients. Both clients and staff will be able to receive notifications, so they are always in touch with your business.

Now that you have completed onboarding, our Pike13 customer care team will be able to answer questions you have about managing your day-to-day business as well as running reports. You can reach them by emailing help@pike13.com or from the in-product Help button found in the lower right corner of any Pike 13 page.
