This checklist may also be helpful in planning and managing your site setup. Below is the checklist for the Essential Plan and the Advanced Plan. - Add Staff
- Edit/Create Revenue Categories
- Add Sales Tax if applicable
- Edit/Create Service Categories
- Add Services/Schedule
- Add Passes
- Add Plans
- Link Class/Appointments to applicable plans and passes
- Set availability for appointments
- Add/Update Contact Information
- Add Address for Location(s)
- Add Business Logo
- Configure Client Signup Settings
- Update info collected from clients
- Add custom client fields
- Rewrite Welcome Email
- Update Email Settings
- Update Accepted Payments
- Brand and Configure Client Facing Website
- Work with your onboarding specialist to import active clients and their current pass/plan, if applicable
- Create a Test Client and test your sign up, enrollment and purchase workflows
