Overview
You can save and use your customized settings for any report, including filters, by saving it as a Favorite. Because saved Favorites are unique to each person, only you can see your Favorites unless you send a link for one to someone who has permission to see the data. When you reuse the settings, the report will use current data (not the data shown when you saved the settings).
NOTE
Access to reports is not the default, but owners can provide access to any staff member through the staff member's profile.
Creating a Favorite Report
- Select Reporting and Analytics at the top of any page.
- Set up the report with the desired filters.
- Click +Add Favorite in the upper right hand corner.
- Enter a Name for the Report and a Description.
- Click Save.
Running a Favorite Report
- Select Reporting and Analytics at the top of any page.
- Click Favorites in the right hand menu.
- Select the favorite report you wish to view. This report will show the current data in the filtered columns that you have set.
Deleting a Favorite Report
- Select Reporting and Analytics at the top of any page.
- Click on Favorites in the right hand menu.
- From here delete a favorite report by clicking on the Trash icon to the right of the report.
Note
Favorited report is not working
All favorites are a saved URL. When we update reporting there is a chance that a favorite could break. If this happens, take a look at the URL. Here, you can adjust the filters then re-save the report as a favorite.
