Appointment Widget

The Appointment Widget bridges the gap between your marketing website and your Pike13 site. By embedding your live staff availability, you allow prospective clients to browse Pike13 data without leaving your site. Once they select an event, they are funneled directly into the Pike13 enrollment and payment workflow for a seamless checkout experience.

1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click Settings, then click Apps & Add Ons.
2. Click Embeddable Widgets and select the Appointment widget option.

3. Select a Date Option.
   1. Relative Date Range (recommended): A dynamic date range.
      1. From: Blackout Window
         1. Blackout Window is set up in each appointment service under the Registration tab. For more on configuring appointment services, go here.
      2. To: 1, 7, 14, etc. days from now
   2. Absolute Date Range: Specific start date and specific end date.
4. Select Location(s) - you can select more than one.
5. Select Services - you can list all, one, or select multiple services to show in the widget.
6. Choose Staff Members if necessary.
7. Choose whether links from the widget will open in a new tab.
8. Confirm or change the color of the buttons on the widget.
9. Look at the preview to the left to ensure the widget looks correct, then click Continue.
10. Click Copy to Clipboard below the widget code to use in your marketing site.
