Plan Group Rates

 Pike13 makes it easy to offer family discounts on plans. Enabling group rates on a plan is a great way to encourage more family members to sign up for your business by offering a discounted rate for additional family members that sign up.

Who can use this feature?

  • Pike13 Plans: ✅Premium, ✅Advanced, ✅Essential
  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

Setting Up Group Rates

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page, go to Settings > Plans.
  2. Select the specific plan you wish to modify.
  3. Scroll down to the Group Rates
  4. Choose Everyone shares or Each person has and click Add Rate.
    1. Everyone shares the same set of visits
      Ex. If a family of 3 purchases a plan for 12 visits, all 3 family members share 12 visits between them for a total of 12 visits.
    2. Each person has their own set of visits.
      Ex. If a family of 3 purchases a plan for 12 visits, each family member has their own set of 12 visits that each can use for a total of 36 visits.
  5. Select the group size and set the price per person, percentage off the base price per person, or the total price for the group.
  6. Click + Create.
  7. Add additional group rates, as needed.

Best Practice

Add one type of Group Rate

We recommend choosing one sharing method per plan: either shared visits or visits for each client. Sticking to one option prevents confusion and simplifies the buying process for your clients.
