Canceling or Ending Client Passes

Authorized staff can extend a prepaid pass's expiration to allow more time for unused visits, or they can cancel a pass immediately or on a future date, though immediate cancellations are permanent and cannot be reversed.

Cancel a pass immediately

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page, select Clients, and search for the specific client.
  2. In the client’s dashboard, under Plans & Passes select the current pass to cancel.
  3. On the Details page click Cancel, and then confirm that you want to cancel the pass.

Set a future end date for a pass

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click on Clients, and search for the specific client.
  2. In the client’s dashboard, under Plans & Passes select the current pass that you want to set an end date for, and then on the details page click on Set End Date.
  3. On the Schedule Cancellation page under Last day of use, set the plan’s last day, and then choose Confirm. The pass will automatically cancel at the end of the date specified.

WARNING

 Immediate pass cancellations are permanent and cannot be reversed; if you are unsure, consider scheduling the cancellation for a future date instead.
