Delete or Stop Selling Plans

When businesses change, so can Pike13. If you want to discontinue sales of a particular plan type, you can either stop selling it or delete it from your plans listed in Pike13. Once a plan has been sold, it may not be deleted, but you can still prevent new sales from happening.

  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

Stop Selling or Delete a Plan

  1. Click on Settings at the top of any page and select Plans.
  2. Choose the Plan you wish to stop selling or remove.
  3. Click on Stop Selling or Delete on the right hand side. If you have not sold the plan, you will see the option to Delete it. Once a plan has been sold you can only Stop Selling it.

Resume Selling a Plan

You can start selling a suspended plan again by selecting the suspended plan and choosing to Resume Selling.
