Modifying or Canceling Booked Appointments

When client needs change, so can Pike13. Learn how to update or delete scheduled appointments below.

    • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

    Modifying Single or Recurring Appointments

    1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click Schedule.
    2. Choose the existing Appointment you wish to modify.
    3. Under Settings, click Change Schedule.
    4. Select an option to Change this instance only or Change this and all future instances, then click Continue.
    5. Modify any of the following:
      1. Location of the appointment
      2. Start Date or Time of the appointment
      3. End Time of the appointment
      4. Who the appointment is Instructed by
        1. You may add or remove staff as necessary. There may be multiple staff for the same appointment(s).
      5. Room of the appointment
      6. Whether or not to send a client notification with a summary of the changes being made.
    6. Click Save.

    Canceling Single or Recurring Appointments

    1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click Schedule.
    2. Choose the existing Appointment you wish to modify.
    3. Under Settings, click Cancel Appointment.
    4. Select an option to Cancel this instance only or Cancel this and all future instances, then click Continue.
    5. Choose to remove the appointment from the calendar or whether it should remain visible but marked as canceled.
    6. Choose whether or not to send a client notification with a summary of the changes being made.
    7. Click Finish.
