Who can use this feature?

Updating Your Business Settings

  1. Choose Settings at the top of any page, then click Advanced Settings.
  2. In the right hand menu, click on General Details under Your Pike13 Business.
  3. You may update the following:
    1. Business name - At the top of the page, you can enter a new business name the click Update at the bottom. Your new business name will now appear throughout your Pike13 website, including the header, footer, and email notifications.
    2. Pike13 subdomain - This is the URL for your Pike13 business.
      1. Warning: Only a Pike13 employee can change the subdomain for your business. If you need to change you subdomain, reach out to help@pike13.com.
      2. Changing your subdomain will impact any API integrations. You will need new API keys after the change is made.
    3. Primary Business Address - This is where your business is located.
    4. Language - Used to localize your Pike13 site based on your language.
    5. Currency code - Determines the currency symbol that appears next to your pricing. Pike13 supports a single currency type per business.
      1. Warning: Only a Pike13 employee can change the currency. If you need to change you business currency, reach out to help@pike13.com.
    6. Age of majority - The age that your business considers clients able to sign their own waivers and assume legal control over their persons, actions, and decisions, thus terminating the control and legal responsibilities of their parents or guardian. The default age is 18, but it may be changed here.
      1. Warning: If changing this causes any of your clients to change from adult to child, or vice versa, they will be prompted to sign appropriate waivers the next time they log in.
    7. Time zone -This determines the default time zone for your business and schedule.
      1. Warning: Review your location(s) time zone to ensure your events are properly scheduled. If you have services scheduled and change the time zone, the service times will be automatically adjusted to reflect the time zone change. If a class was at 9 am Pacific Time, and the time zone is changed to Mountain Time, the class will be at 10 am Mountain Time.

Changing the Primary Owner

  1. Choose Settings at the top of any page, then click Advanced Settings.
  2. In the right hand menu, click on Primary Owner under Your Pike13 Business.
  3. If you are the primary owner, click Change Primary Owner to choose a new Primary Owner.

Note

Primary Owner Role

The primary owner is the person with the highest permission level and is ultimately responsible for the Pike13 site. Important information about your Pike13 account, like billing questions, or major updates will be sent to the primary owner's email address. The primary owner can only be changed by the current primary owner who is the only staff member with access to this section.

Adding Contact Information

  1. Choose Settings at the top of any page, then click Advanced Settings.
  2. In the right hand menu, click on Contact Information under Your Pike13 Business.
  3. The information below will be added to your Pike13 website and in email notifications.
    1. Business contact email address
    2. Business website - Shows as "Our website"
    3. Business contact phone number
    4. Twitter Username
    5. Facebook Page
    6. Instagram
  4. Click Update to save changes.
