Pass Group Rates

Enabling Group Rates on a Pass allows a client to share their visits with their dependents (e.g., a "Family 10-Pack" where the parent and two children all draw from the same pool of 10 visits). This is a great way to encourage family sign-ups.

  3. Scroll down to the Group Pricing section and click Add Rate.
    1. Configure the Rate:
      1. Clients: Select the maximum number of people who can share this pass (e.g., "Up to 4 clients").

Pricing Strategy

Since the group shares a single visit block (e.g., 10 total, not 10 each), many businesses maintain their standard pricing. The value lies in sharing flexibility rather than a bulk discount, as multiple people simply draw from the same balance.

Selling a Shared Pass

To sell a pass with group rates, the buyer must be linked to their family members in a formal Account Manager/Dependent relationship in Pike13.

  1. Select the Account Manager: Go to the Account Manager's profile.
    1. Note: If the client does not manage anyone, the group option will not appear when trying to make a sale.
  2. Click the Cart Icon (Store) below the profile picture.
  3. Select a Pass with Group Rates.
  4. Select the option Buying for Multiple People.
  5. Select Members: select the specific dependents who will be sharing this pass.
  6. Click Add to Cart.
  7. Proceed to Checkout to complete the purchase.
