Scheduling Course Times

Scheduling a new series to a course service

1. If you are not already in the course, select Settings > Services.
2. Choose the course you would like to add more offerings for.
3. Ensure you are on the page showing Course, Details, Registration, Cancellation, Website Settings, and Pay Rates across the left upper corner.
4. Select + New Course.
5. Create your series and save the schedule for this class by clicking Finish.
6. For camps or courses that occur every week, you can set up additional courses by clicking +New Course and add new dates.

Scheduling a new time to an existing series

1. If you are not already in the course, select Settings > Services.
2. Choose the course you want to add more times for.
3. Select the series you want to add additional days/times to.
4. Select + Add Another Time
5. Once you add in your additional time(s), save the schedule for this class by selecting Finish.
