Enrolling Clients in Classes

 

Staff members can manually enroll clients into classes via the Schedule page. This is useful for phone bookings, walk-ins, or recurring reservations.

  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ✅Staff, ✅Limited Staff

Enrolling a Client in a Single Session

  1. Click Today or Schedule in the top navigation menu.

  2. Click on the specific Class you want to manage, then click the Enroll Clients button.

  3. Find the client(s) of interest to add to the class.
    1. Find someone: Type the client's name in the search box.
    2. Recently attended or already signed-in: Clients who frequently attend this class type are often listed at the top for quick selection.
    3. New Client: If the person is brand new, click New Client when the search bar is empty to create their profile on the spot.
  4. Select the Client(s) you wish to add and click Finish.
  5. Confirm the enrollments by reviewing the list of names under Please confirm.
  6. Choose whether or not to send an email notification to the selected clients about their enrollment.

  7. Click Finish.

Attendance Statuses

Pike13 attempts to automate the Check-In process based on when you perform the enrollment:

  • Last Minute (< 30 Mins): If you enroll a client less than 30 minutes before the start time or after the class has started, Pike13 assumes they are standing in front of you. Their status is automatically marked as Confirmed/Completed.

  • In Advance (> 30 Mins): If you enroll a client days or hours in advance, their status is set to Registered. You or the instructor must still manually confirm their attendance (Check In) when it's class time.
