Service Categories
Service categories allow you to group together different services on your client-facing Pike13 Website.

Who can use this feature?
- Pike13 Plans: ✅Premium, ✅Advanced, ✅Essential
- User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff
Adding a New Service Category.
- At the top of any Pike13 page, click on Settings and select Services
- From the menu on the right-hand side, click Manage Categories
- To add a new service category, click on + New
- Add the Category Name, Summary and a full Description. In the full Description, you can also add pictures and links.
- To add services to this category, select Add More at the bottom of the page and click on each service you wish to add.
- Select Save
Editing an existing service category
- At the top of any Pike13 page, click on Settings and select Services
- From the menu on the right-hand side, click Manage Categories.
- To edit an existing service category, click on +Edit.
- From here, you can update the Category Name,Summary and full Description.
- To add services to this category, select Add More at the bottom of the page and click on each service you wish to add.
- To remove a service, click on the service in the list.
- Select Save
Creating a new page in your Pike13 Website
- At the top of any Pike13 page, click on Settings and select Pike13 Website.
- Click on Navigation at the top of the page.
- To add a new page, select +Create a New Page.
- Add the Page Name.
- For Link to, you can choose to show a list of all of your service categories and add Custom Page Text or show the list of services included in one specific service category.
- Select Save

Create all of your services before managing service categories
You can assign a service category when you create a service. Many of our businesses find it easier to build services first then decide what service categories are needed. Please note, a service can only be assigned to one service category.
