Using the Kiosk

Many Pike13 businesses use the Client Kiosk at the front desk to streamline client check-ins for scheduled classes or previously booked appointments. The kiosk also allows new clients to sign up quickly and securely.

Signing in using the client kiosk

To check in for a scheduled class or a previously booked appointment, follow one of these steps at the Client Kiosk:

Enter Phone/Email Address

  1. Enter your phone number or email address, and then click the arrow.
  2. Select the name of the scheduled class you wish to enroll in or check in to if you are already enrolled. You can also choose to check in to your previously booked appointment.

Scan Signin Code

  1. Find your sign-in code in your client profile by logging in to your Pike13 account on your phone and Select My Profile then Scan In.
  2. Select Scan barcode on Kiosk, place the barcode or sign-in code behind the iPad so the iPad camera can scan it, and wait for the scan to complete.
  3. Select the name of the scheduled class you wish to enroll in or check in to if you are already enrolled. You can also choose to check in to your previously booked appointment.

Note

Changing enrollment

You can alter the class you’re enrolled in by selecting Change Enrollment at the bottom of the page.

Warning

Appointments cannot be booked through the Kiosk.

You can enroll or check in to scheduled classes or check in to previously booked appointments. Appointments cannot be booked through the kiosk. To ensure the instructor is in the studio and available, you will need to see a staff member to book an appointment.

Signing up using the client kiosk

New clients can quickly create a profile and complete required paperwork directly from the business's Client Kiosk.

  1. Begin Registration: Tap Sign Up on the kiosk home screen.

  2. Enter Email: Provide your email address and tap the arrow to proceed.

  3. Select Profiles: Choose to register yourself, a dependent, or both. You will be prompted to enter personal details—such as name, phone number, and birthday—for each individual.

  4. Capture a Profile Photo: You may take a photo at the kiosk so staff can easily recognize you; this can be updated later in your profile.

  5. Sign Waivers: If the business requires a waiver, you can sign it digitally during the signup process. Guardians can also sign for their dependents at this time.

  6. Access Your QR Code: Once finished, check your email for a link to download your personal QR code. You can use this code for faster check-ins on future visits.
