How do I update my client profile and email address?

Have you changed your email address? Or want to update your profile photo or other information for a business? You can update your information in Pike13 anytime.

In Pike13, you have two different email addresses associated with your account. It is important to know which one you want to change:

  1. Pike13 Account Email (Login): This is your "Username." You use this to sign in to any Pike13 business (e.g., your Yoga studio AND your Crossfit gym).

  2. Contact Email (Notifications): This is where a specific business sends your receipts and emails. You can have a different contact email for every business you visit.

Changing Your Contact Email (Per Business)

Use this if you want to change where you receive emails from a specific gym, but want to keep your login the same.

  1. Log in to the specific Pike13 business website.

  2. On the top right, click Profile to navigate to your Dashboard.

  3. On the right side menu, select Edit Profile.

  4. Update the Email field.

  5. Click Save.

Changing Your Sign-In Email (Universal)

Use this if you want to change the email address you use to log in to all your Pike13 accounts.

  1. When logged in, click Profile to navigate to your Dashboard. 
  2. On the right side menu, scroll down and click My Account under Your Pike13 Account.
  3. Change your email address, enter your current password and click Save.
  4. You will receive an email from Pike13 to confirm your new email address. Click the link in the email to start using your new sign-in email address.

Editing Your Client Profile (Per Business)

On the Pike13 business website, click My Profile in the top right, and then do any of the following:

  1. To add a new profile photo, in the right menu under History click Photos, select New Profile Photo, find the image that you want, and then click Upload.
  2. To edit your preferred pronoun, phone number, address, or any other information, in the right menu under your profile photo click your name, select Edit Profile, make any changes, and then click Save.
