Changing Login Credentials

Have a new email address? Need to change your password? You can change your Pike13 credentials after you have signed in to your staff account.

Who can use this feature?

  • Pike13 Plans: ✅Premium, ✅Advanced, ✅Essential
  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ✅Staff, ✅Limited Staff

Updating login email or password

  1. Log in to your staff account with your current credentials.
  2. Click on your profile photo at the top right of any Pike13 page, then select Your Account.
  3. Update your email and/or add a new password, select Save.

Note

Updating sign-in email.

If you changed your sign-in email, you will receive an email from Pike13 asking you to confirm your email address. Be sure to click the link in the email to activate your new sign-in email.

Editing your staff profile

  1. Log in to your staff account with your current credentials.
  2. Select your profile photo at the top right of any Pike13 page, select Your Dashboard.
  3. Select Edit Profile.
  4. Make changes, select Save.
