Basic - Removing a Filter

When you log in to Premium Reporting, you will see we have added pre-built reports based on customer requests. These default reports are "Read Only" to ensure the data remains consistent for all users.

If you want to view the data differently—for example, removing a specific date filter or status filter—you must open the report in Explore Mode.

Removing a Filter

  1. Go to Premium Reporting and select the report you wish to adjust.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Select Explore from here.
  4. Click on the arrow next to filters.
  5. Scroll down to the filter you wish to remove.
  6. Click the X to remove this filter
  7. Crucial Step: Click the Run button (top right) to refresh the data.

    • The report will now reload without the restriction of the filter you just removed.

Note

Saving Your Changes "Explore from here" creates a temporary view. If you leave the page, your changes will be lost.

To keep this new filtered version for later, click the Gear Icon > Save > As a Look and save it to your Personal Folder.
