Basic - Editing A Filter

If a pre-built report is almost what you need but the criteria aren't quite right (e.g., it shows "Yesterday" but you want "Last Month"), you can edit the existing filter logic.

Editing A Filter

    1. Navigate to Premium Reporting.

    2. On the left side menu, click Explores.
    3. After selecting the report you would like, locate the Find a Field section with a search bar.

    4. Locate the Filters section at the top of the data visualization.

      • Note: Click the arrow icon to the left of "Filters" if the section is collapsed.

    5. Change the Logic (The Operator):

      • Click the First Dropdown Box next to the field name.

      • Change the rule type (e.g., change is equal to to contains or change is in the past to is in range).

    6. Change the Value:

      • Click the Second Box to enter the new specific data (e.g., type "Credit Card" or select specific dates).

    7. Crucial Step: Click the Run button (top right) to refresh the report with your new settings

Example: Changing A Date Range

  • Old Filter: Transaction Date > is in the past > 7 Days

  • Action: Click the "7" and change it to "30".

  • New Filter: Transaction Date > is in the past > 30 Days
