Claiming your franchisee owner account

Claiming Your Account 

  1. Open the email Welcome to [your business name], and select Claim Your Account.
  2. Create a password, answer any mandatory fields, and accept terms and conditions.
  3. Select Finish.
  4. To update your login email address and/or password, select your profile photo at the top right of any Pike13 page, select Your Account.
  5. Make your changes and select Save.
  6. To update your profile, select your profile photo at the top right of any Pike13 page, select Your Dashboard.
  7. Select Edit Profile.
  8. Make changes and press Save.
