What stamps out that you may not expect?
- All plans and passes stamp out in even if they are suspended.
- Documents stamp out but must enable Smartwaiver to see them.
If I update my site manager will it update all my location sites?
No. If you make changes in the Site Manager after stamping out some locations, only future locations will receive those updated settings. Previously created sites will not be updated automatically—you must manually update those sites.
How do I add a staff member to the site manager?
Because a link to the staff page is not displayed in the Site Manager, you must modify the URL directly. From this page, you can make all standard staff member updates.

How do I change the primary owner?
As with staff, the link is not shown in the Site Manager. Modify the URL below to access the staff list. From there, you can update the Primary Owner.

Is it possible to run a client report in the site manager and filter on custom fields?
No. At this time, you cannot report on site-specific custom fields from the Site Manager level. Because each location manages its own custom fields independently, those fields may not match across sites.
Do I charge my franchisees for Pike13 in the Site Manager?
You have two options:
- Each site pays for its own Pike13 subscription.
- The franchise pays for all Pike13 subscriptions and then bills franchisees separately outside of Pike13.
