Setting Up the Site Manager
Below is a list of features in the Site Manager. When you stamp out a new site, the features marked with a Green Check ✅ are copied automatically. Features marked with a Red X ❌ do not transfer and must be set up manually in the new business by the franchisee.
Template Setup (Completed BEFORE Stamping)
These items will transfer to the new site. They should be fully configured in the Site Manager before you create the new location.
Settings & Financials

✅ Service Categories: Create these first (Settings > Services > Manage Categories).

✅ Revenue Categories: Create these first (Settings > Advanced Settings > Revenue Categories).

✅ Passes & Plans: Create all memberships and punch cards.

✅ Services: Define your service offerings (Classes, Appointments, Courses).

✅ Waivers: Set up your digital liability waivers.

✅ Tips: Tipping settings transfer (Pay Rates do not).
Advanced Configuration

✅ Time zone: The default time zone transfers.

✅ Contact Information: The template contact info transfers.

✅ Logo: Upload the brand logo.

✅ Staff Mode Colors: Set the brand color scheme for the backend.

✅ Feature Bits: Enable specific software features.

✅ Welcome Mail: Configure the automated welcome email template.

✅ Registration Settings: Configure rules for Client and Staff registration.

✅ Profile Settings: Define required fields for Client and Staff profiles.

✅ Document Custom Fields: Set up custom data fields for documents.

✅ Basic Layout: Configure the general structure.

✅ Colors: Set the client-facing branding colors.
Franchisee Responsibilities (Updated AFTER Stamping)
These items do not transfer. The Franchise Owner must set these up after the new site is created.

❌ Primary Owner: The specific owner must be added manually.

❌ Staff: All staff must be added manually.

❌ Pay Rates: Compensation rates for staff/services do not transfer.

❌ Appointment Availability: The service types transfer, but availability must be manually for each staff person.

❌ Clients: Any clients must be added manually.

❌ Class Times (Schedule): The service types transfer, but the scheduled times do not.

❌ Gift Cards: Gift card configurations do not transfer.

❌ Custom Tabs: Custom website tabs must be recreated.
Note
Lock Down Feature
As the brand administrator, you have the ability to Lock Down specific features in the Master Template.

How it works: If a feature is locked, the Franchisee (and their local owners) cannot edit it.

Impact: This applies to all Owner accounts on the franchise site, including your own login when you switch into that specific franchise site. Use this to enforce brand consistency (e.g., locking Service Names or Branding Colors).
