To get started, navigate to the Analytics & Reporting section, found in the upper right of any Pike13 page.
From there, you’ll have access to a variety of reports that can help you monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dive deeper into your business data.
For example, the Insights Dashboard (available in the Advanced and Premium plans) gives a quick visual summary of your business’s health. Key metrics are highlighted in green, red, or blue to indicate strengths, areas needing attention, and neutral statuses, respectively.
Each reporting category, such as Clients & Staff or Financials, has subcategories that offer more specific data views. You’ll also find pre-built Quick Views, which answer common reporting questions and help you understand how reports can be structured.
Once inside a report, the Summary View provides an overview of your data. You can customize how information is grouped and displayed, and switch to the Details View for a closer look. If you'd like to save or export a report for future reference, you can use the + Add Favorite and Export options.
