Configuring Your Email Settings

To customize the emails sent to your clients and staff, follow these quick steps:

  1. Go to Settings
    At the top of any page in your Pike13 dashboard, click on Settings.

  2. Select Advanced Settings
    In the right-hand menu, find and click on Advanced Settings.

  3. Click on Email Settings
    Under the Email Settings section, click on Settings.

  4. Add Your Business Email
    Enter the email address from which your automated messages will be sent. We recommend using a business address like info@[YourBusinessName].com rather than a personal email for a more professional look.

  5. Customize the Sender’s Name
    Add a Name that your clients will see as the sender of the email. This could be your business name or a specific staff member’s name.

  6. Add a Slogan
    Enter a catchy slogan that will appear below your business name and logo in every email, adding a personal touch to your communications.

  7. Include Additional Information
    Add any other important details (like contact information or your business hours) to appear at the bottom of your emails.

Once you’ve added these details, all automated emails from Pike13—whether account updates, event reminders, or billing notifications—will use these settings, ensuring that every email looks professional and on-brand.

    Select Settings at the top of any page.

  2. Choose Advanced Settings
    Click on Advanced Settings and then Email Settings in the right-hand menu.

  3. Preview Account, Event, and Billing Emails
    From here, you can preview automatic notifications like Account, Event, and Billing emails to see exactly how they will appear to your recipients.

Managing Notifications

While you can customize how your business emails appear, the content of automatic notifications and emails cannot be edited or turned off for individual clients or staff members. However, clients and staff can manage their own preferences by choosing which notifications they want to receive and how they receive them—whether by email, SMS, or both.
