      Creating a Recurring Plan

With flexible billing options, you can choose to bill weekly, monthly, or yearly, ensuring that your clients stay committed to their wellness journey while making it convenient for your business.

      Setting Up Your Recurring Plan in Pike13

      Copying an Existing Recurring Plan

      If you have a similar recurring plan, you can quickly duplicate it instead of starting from scratch:

      1. Go to Settings.
      2. Select Plans.
      3. Click on + Duplicate Existing Plan.
      4. Choose the existing plan you wish to duplicate.
      5. Enter a new name for the duplicated plan.
      6. Click + Create.
      7. Update the plan settings as needed.
      8. Select Resume Selling to make the plan available.

      Creating a New Recurring Plan

      Follow these simple steps to create a new recurring plan:

      1. Navigate to Settings.
      2. Select Plans.
      3. Click on + New Plan.
      4. Choose + New Recurring Plan.
      5. Enter the name, description, and terms & conditions for the plan.
      6. Click Next Step to set the price, signup fee, desired billing cycle, and revenue category.
      7. Click Next Step to determine visit limitations:
        • Click No for unlimited visits.
        • Click Yes to set a limit, specifying visits per week, month, or billing cycle, and if unused visits can roll over.
      8. Decide on membership settings and who can purchase it online.
      9. Set plan hold settings, required number of payments, and whether clients can cancel their plan online.
      10. Click Save.
      11. Select the services this plan covers.
      12. Click Save again to finalize.

      Send Receipts for Recurring Automatic Payments

      To keep your clients informed about their payments, you can send receipts for recurring automatic payments through Pike13. To enable this feature, go to Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Client Management, select Recurring Billing and change it from No to Yes.

      Configuring Additional Settings for Your Recurring Plan

      After creating your plan, you might want to fine-tune additional settings to enhance its value:

      • Group Rates: Consider adding group rates to offer a family discount, making it more appealing for multiple family members to join your business.
      • Rollover Visits: Allow clients to roll over unused visits by enabling this option in the plan settings.

      Additionally, you can preview the email notifications that will be sent to your clients when they purchase this plan, ensuring they stay engaged and informed.

      Billing Cycle Feature

      Take advantage of a feature that allows you to refresh visits based on the billing cycle. For instance, if you offer 3 visits/week and bill every 4 weeks, setting visits to renew on the billing cycle enables your clients to have 12 visits available for those 4 weeks. This flexibility can enhance client satisfaction and encourage regular attendance!
