Setting Up Your Recurring Plan in Pike13
Copying an Existing Recurring Plan
If you have a similar recurring plan, you can quickly duplicate it instead of starting from scratch:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Plans.
- Click on + Duplicate Existing Plan.
- Choose the existing plan you wish to duplicate.
- Enter a new name for the duplicated plan.
- Click + Create.
- Update the plan settings as needed.
- Select Resume Selling to make the plan available.
Creating a New Recurring Plan
Follow these simple steps to create a new recurring plan:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Plans.
- Click on + New Plan.
- Choose + New Recurring Plan.
- Enter the name, description, and terms & conditions for the plan.
- Click Next Step to set the price, signup fee, desired billing cycle, and revenue category.
- Click Next Step to determine visit limitations:
- Click No for unlimited visits.
- Click Yes to set a limit, specifying visits per week, month, or billing cycle, and if unused visits can roll over.
- Decide on membership settings and who can purchase it online.
- Set plan hold settings, required number of payments, and whether clients can cancel their plan online.
- Click Save.
- Select the services this plan covers.
- Click Save again to finalize.
Send Receipts for Recurring Automatic Payments
To keep your clients informed about their payments, you can send receipts for recurring automatic payments through Pike13. To enable this feature, go to Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Client Management, select Recurring Billing and change it from No to Yes.
