These plans enable clients to pay upfront for a specific number of visits over a defined time period, making it easier for them to stay committed to their fitness or wellness goals. For example, you can create a prepaid plan where clients pay upfront for 2 visits per week for 12 weeks.

Setting Up Prepaid Plans in Pike13

Creating a New Prepaid Plan

Creating a new prepaid plan is easy! Follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Select Plans.
  3. Click on + New Plan.
  4. Choose + New Prepaid Plan.
  5. Enter the name, description, duration, and terms & conditions for the plan.
  6. Click Next Step to set the price and revenue category.
  7. Click Next Step to determine visit limitations:
    • Click No for unlimited visits.
    • Click Yes to set a limit, specifying weekly or monthly caps and whether unused visits can roll over.
  8. Decide on membership settings and who can purchase the plan online.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Select the services this plan covers.
  11. Click Save again to finalize.

Copying an Existing Prepaid Plan

If you already have a plan that’s similar to what you want to create, why start from scratch? Simply duplicate an existing plan and tweak the details!

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Plans.
  3. Click on + Duplicate Existing Plan.
  4. Choose the existing plan you want to duplicate.
  5. Enter a new name for the duplicated plan.
  6. Click + Create.
  7. Update the plan settings as needed.
  8. Select Resume Selling to make it available again.

Configuring Additional Settings for Your Prepaid Plan

After creating your prepaid plan, you may want to fine-tune some additional settings to enhance its appeal:

  • Group Rates: Want to offer a family discount? Add group rates to allow multiple family members to share a plan at a discounted rate!
  • Rollover Visits: Enable clients to roll over unused visits by editing how often they can use the plan.
  • Client Notifications: Preview email notifications that will be sent to clients upon purchasing the plan, ensuring they stay informed and engaged.
