Configuring the Schedule View

List, Day, Week, and Month Views

The Schedule tab in Pike13 offers flexibility in how you view your appointments, making it easier to manage your bookings according to your preferences. By configuring the schedule view, you can choose from four different display options: List, Day, Week, and Month. Each option provides a unique perspective, allowing you to see your schedule in the way that best suits your business needs.

Viewing Options

1. List View

   

   • The List View displays appointments in a straightforward, chronological list. This view is ideal for quickly scanning upcoming appointments without the distraction of a calendar layout.
   • When to Use: Opt for this view when you want a concise overview of all appointments, making it easy to spot any conflicts or gaps in your schedule.

2. Day View

   

   • The Day View focuses on a single day, showing all services scheduled for that date in a detailed format, and the Staff Members who are scheduled for them.
   • When to Use: This is particularly useful when you want to focus on a specific day’s activities, making it easier to manage last-minute changes or bookings.

3. Week View

   

   • The Week View displays the schedule for an entire week, allowing you to see all services in a week-long format. This view provides a more comprehensive overview than the Day View while still being manageable.
   • When to Use: Choose the Week View when you want to plan your week ahead, balancing appointments across different days and ensuring that you have adequate coverage for your services.

4. Month View

   • The Month View offers a broad perspective, showing all appointments for the month. This view is useful for long-term planning and helps you identify busy periods or availability for new clients.

How to Change the Schedule View

To change the schedule view in Pike13, simply locate the options on the right side of the Schedule page. Click on your preferred view—List, Day, Week, or Month—and the schedule will automatically update to reflect your selection.
