How to Create a Complimentary Pass

Creating a complimentary pass is quick and easy, ensuring every new client can enjoy a free visit as soon as they sign up.

  1. Access Pass Settings

    • At the top of any Pike13 page, go to Settings.
    • Choose Passes from the menu.
  2. Create a Complimentary Pass

    • Click on + New Pass, then select + New Complimentary Pass.
  3. Enter Basic Details

    • Name your pass (e.g., "First Class Free" or "Complimentary Trial Pass").
    • Add a Short Description that will appear on your Pike13 site to explain the free trial (e.g., "Get your first class free when you sign up with us!").
    • Include a Full Description if you want to provide more information about what the complimentary pass covers.
    • Click Next Step to continue.
  4. Define Visit Limits & Expiration

    • Enter the Number of Free Visits your complimentary pass will offer.
    • Specify when the pass will expire (e.g., 7 days after profile creation or 30 days).
    • Choose a Revenue Category for tracking purposes, although the pass itself is free.
  5. Member Qualification

    • Decide whether clients who receive this complimentary pass will be marked as members. Only select this option if you want every new profile to be considered a member, which may come with additional benefits.

     

  6. Assign Services

    • Select the services that the complimentary pass will cover. This ensures clients know exactly which classes or sessions they can take for free.
  7. Review & Save

    • Review your settings, and once everything is in place, click Save. Your complimentary pass is now ready to be automatically applied to new client profiles!

Terms and Conditions: While Pike13 offers the option to add terms and conditions to a complimentary pass, it’s not recommended. Since the pass is automatically issued upon profile creation, clients won’t have an opportunity to agree to any terms, which could lead to confusion or unnecessary complications.
